I like Pulte
Crimp the short pipe sections to the threaded bits before you put the Teflon tape on and thread them into the filter. Then you don't have to come at them from below.

May I ask why you don’t like single story homes?
They take up more of the land, no stairs to keep the legs moving, more noisy sleeping next to outside noise, feeling of no change of house vs second floor feels different

How do i turn up the temperature on the stove?
Alot of these Superintendents don't have construction experience either. No degree, certification, or experience required to be a one. These are the same Superintendents building homes with 0 experience. To top it off you have an aggressive upper management forcing these supers to build 40, 50, 60, even 70 homes for one super I knew. Imagine what type of homes they were putting out. This is in Central Florida.
You said it! Its unbelievable the things that go on. And even more crazy that so many buyers will ignore what i am saying. Most videos have a friendly warning.
